This website is run by Crystal Care Building Cleaning Services LLC, a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (trade licence no. 1654420), with its office at 40 Hassanah Al Muzaniyah Street, Al Naba'a, Al Sharq, Sharjah. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Crystal Care.

When you book a cleaning, we ask for the details we need to do the job:

• Your contact details: name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address.
• Your address: area, building, apartment or villa number, directions for the team, and the map location if you pin it.
• Your booking: the service, date, time, hours, number of cleaners, and any notes you add.
• Payment records: the amount and whether you paid by cash or card. We never ask for or store card numbers online.

If you message or call us, we also keep that conversation so we can help you.

We use your details only to:

• confirm, plan and carry out your cleaning;
• contact you about your booking, for example to confirm the time or tell you if the team is running late;
• keep records of bookings and payments, as required for accounting and by law;
• answer your questions and handle any complaint.

We do not sell your details, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

• Our team: the staff who manage bookings, and the cleaners going to your home, who see what they need to find you and do the job.
• Service providers: companies that help us run the website, such as our hosting provider. They may only use your details to provide their service to us.
• Google Maps: the booking page uses Google Maps to help you find and pin your address. When you use the map, Google receives your search and map location under its own privacy policy.
• Authorities: only if the law requires us to share information.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them to provide our service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.

Your details are stored on secure servers, and only authorised staff can open them, using a password-protected admin system.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as keeping our own staff logged in to the admin system. Google Maps may set its own cookies when you use the map on the booking page.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what details we hold about you;
• correct details that are wrong;
• delete your details, unless we must keep a record by law (for example, payment records).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. Bookings are always handled under the policy shown on the website at the time.
